Brandon Carroll

Been working on my sketching’s /drawings a lot recently, and working on those on new mediums like cardboard and other paper like materials, I have yet to become satisfied by any of those works so i wont be uploading any pictures but i will have some new uploads and updates  coming later in following week, so please check those out.

It is coming more and more prevalent to me that discovering one’s style takes alot more work then one would think, Im sketching daily and working with currently limited supplies,  but i think this is forcing me to use my mind and be more creative with the things that i develop with any medium.

While i continue to find my style ill be uploading new works and letting you guys follow through my progress as both and artist and a person.

Well with winter break being over and a normal schedule being set in place, I hope that inspiration comes easier and i can get out and get new things done. I have quite a few projects that i would like to start and now could be a peak time to begin some.

“The Future Generation Art Prize established by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation is a worldwide contemporary art prize to discover, recognize and provide long-term support to a future generation of artists.

20 shortlisted artists will be selected to show their work in an exhibition at the PinchukArtCentre (Kiev). These artists will be judged by an international Jury who will award one main prize and up to five special prizes.

I said i wouldn’t have a resolution this year but i guess my only one is starting to blog again.
I’m hoping to keep a blog running and use it as a portfolio as well to post my work.

So in effort to uphold a resolution here is my new blog! I am still currently tweaking it so expect changes to come.
